“I loved the complex plot and the alternating between two subplots. The suspense in the story was unbelievable. You could easily play with our –the reader's– feelings. It was like a roller coaster ride. I enjoyed every minute of reading the novel. Girls will read this no matter how much they hate books. It’s captivating.

“At the beginning I was shocked at the matter-of-fact way you described the Human Farm's cruel murders, but you were preparing us for what's even worse. We –humans– now do the same thing! You described murder as it was because that's reality. You've obviously done more than your share of research in that area. You've left no space for error. You've considered every corner, niche, and cranny. Very thorough. Your passion for the cause was very clear to me.

“I liked your use of "the stream of consciousness" in the main character's mind. Readers –including me– could relate to his struggles, pains, and joys.

“I also like the intellectual and scientific approach you took towards this issue. People always tend to force their opinions on other people. What I saw was that you gave people the chance to see and think for themselves and choose what they want, prove and believe to be true. You took into consideration all types of readers and didn't underestimate the public's minds. I admire your respect and objectivity. Your novel reveals much about your intellect. You have a great imagination. I'm grateful for this venture of yours. I hope that it won't be the last. I'm looking forward to reading your next one!”

“This was an unbelievable book! Your book does for the issue of Abortion what 'Inherit the Wind' accomplished with the evolution controversy so many years ago! There are so many things that I applaud you for in this book, but probably the most impressive aspect of your book is the fact that you really did not dishonor either side of the issue. You have many characters that played both sides of the abortion issue very well. You did not negate the fact that yes it is ultimately a woman’s choice, but you still made it very apparent that there are other options that come with less guilt and can bring happiness to others who would love to have a child. Your book is exciting, suspenseful and full of emotion! I found myself sympathizing with all your characters and I was hanging on the words of the attorneys during their closing arguments and the judge at the final day of trial in agonizing anticipation! Very well written and well planned out novel, Lois! Powerful and Memorable experience!”

“In today’s society the issue of abortion is being more and more polarized every day. The person is called to take one of either two ends of an increasingly polarized discussion. Few ever listen to understand the other side's perspectives in an attempt to reconcile rather than ignite fights. Debates lost their empathetic understanding of each other’s position.

"The Human farm is different. Despite the scene of a court battle, it manages to show both sides perspectives in a very empathetic narrative. The concerns of women, their needs, come into full play just as much as the concerns of pro life activists. The book manages to express the points of views of both the pro life and pro abortion with remarkable eloquence, and allows the reader to leave the destructive grounds of demonizing the other, and rather listen with a true intent to understand.

"It is a novel treatment and a novel direction in the path of discussing and reconciling differences. It promotes true empathy in place of stubborn baseless judgments, understanding the multi-dimensions of the topic, rather than a rigid formula that ignores the humanity of the individuals involved. ”

"A must read; The human farm is persuasive, convincing, convicting and might even drive you to tears at the end. The author used science, logic, fiction, and light romance to develop the novel in a creative and incredibly brilliant way. The Human Farm is an outlook to the future of our 21st century if our abortion and cloning laws get out of hand!"
